2. Package equipment carefullyand include all components that may be damaged or faulty.

3. Include your return postal address and phone number with your equipment when sending. 

4. Ensure all equipment is clean. PLEASE DO NOT SEND DIRTY EQUIPMENT.

        *Dirty equipment will incur a $150 cleaning fee or may be returned un-repaired
